Membership Terms and Conditions

General

This membership terms and conditions agreement is subject to a 48-hour cooling off period. All members reserve the right to cancel their membership without giving cause or reason during the 48-hour period immediately after they enter into the membership agreement. Any requests for termination during the 48-hour cooling off period must be made to the Town of Cambridge in writing. Any membership fees will be refunded less the cost of any credit or vouchers used in that period. Where a member loses their card, it is their responsibility to contact Wembley Golf Course immediately and a $10 fee for a replacement card is payable.

If the member is under 18 years old, a parent or guardian is required to complete the application and sign the declaration. Children aged 12 and under must be supervised on the Swing Driving Range at all times.

Members must comply with all Wembley Golf Course and Town of Cambridge rules and local laws (Rules and Local Laws)

All members use the Swing Driving Range and Wembley Golf Course at their own risk.

All Memberships are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. All prices include GST.

*Golf Shop Discount – The discount on Golf Shop purchases is applied to the ticket price. There is no discount on products already marked down. Food and beverages are excluded and not subject to any discount.

Confidentiality

We will keep any membership information confidential. We will make reasonable efforts to keep any information secure and to ensure that any of our employees, contractors or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorized use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.

We will only disclose information that we have about you:

(a) If and to the extent required by law; or

b) For the purposes of and as set out in this membership agreement and in accordance with the our Privacy Policy (refer to our website www.wembleygolf.com.au for details)

Communications

Your personal information may be used by us for marketing purposes to improve our services and to provide you with the latest information about those services, any new or related services and promotions. If you do not wish to receive information about our services and promotions, we will, on request, remove your name from our mailing lists.

If you provide us with an email address for correspondence, you consent to us sending electronic communications, including reminders, notices and marketing messages from us or any third party with whom we have an outsourcing arrangement, to you via that email address.

Privacy Policy
