For the month of November, we will be hosting a virtual Wembley Golf Course Nearest to the Pin competition. Visit our Trackman Range to enter!
Old Course – 6th Hole Challenge
Tournament runs from the 1st of November until the 30th of November.
1 attempt per person
Prize: Nearest Male and Female each win a PING Prize Pack consisting of a hat, umbrella and golf towel.
Must play through Trackman on Wembley Golf Course driving range.
How to enter:
- Download the Trackman app and set up an account or login to an existing one.
- Visit us at the driving range.
- When at your bay, open your Trackman app and select Quick Login.
- Either Scan QR code on top right of Trackman range bay or enter PIN in your Trackman app.
- A confirmation notification will let you know when the app has connected to your driving range bay.
- Select the Tournaments menu.
- Select Tournament to play.
- Confirm participant and eligibility, then press ‘Start Game’.
- Complete Tournament and keep up with leaderboards in the Tournaments > My Tournaments section of the Trackman app.

Eligibility
- Open to all players signed in to the Wembley Golf Course Trackman Range.
- Each participant is limited to one entry, consisting of one shot at the 6th hole.
- Employees and elected members of the Town of Cambridge are not eligible to participate.
Tournament Setup
- Hole: 6th Hole, Old Course at Wembley Golf Course
- Tournament will be active from November 1 – November 30.
Scoring & Judging
- The nearest shot to the pin will determine the winner.
- There will be two winners: one male and one female.
- No additional prize will be awarded for a Hole-In-One – just bragging rights.

- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
Publicity
- By entering, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to this competition.
- The winner’s name and photograph may be used on WGC social media platforms and websites.
Privacy
- By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for purposes related to this competition, including winner notification and prize distribution.
- WGC will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the WGC website.
Limitation of Liability
- WGC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during or after participation in this competition.
General Rules
- Any attempt to submit multiple entries under different names/accounts will result in disqualification.
- Winners will be announced via our social media accounts after the competition ends.
- If there are joint winners, an additional play-off hole will take place.
- The winner must acknowledge and accept their prize in writing within 7 days.
