Stage 1 - MasterPlan

The Town of Cambridge has commenced on a $12 million upgrade of facilities at Wembley Golf Course. Work started in May 2009 and was completed in August 2010

Work on Stage 1 included;

  • new 80 bay Swing Driving Range with fully automated ball delivery system
  • new excellence centre including state of the art teaching facility and sports medicine/physiotherapy
  • new short game areas
  • new buggy shed with a capacity for 80 carts
  • new pro shop
  • new piazza area creating alfresco seating for 200 plus patrons
  • new entry road into the complex and the creation of an additional 80 car parking bays
